At PURA, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and uninstalled and in its original condition.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.
• Products damaged, modified, or misused are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with the invoice and photos of the product.
